READ THIS DOCUMENT VERY CAREFULLY, AS IT CONTAINS IMPORTANT INFORMATION ABOUT YOUR RIGHTS AND OBLIGATIONS, AS WELL AS LIMITATIONS AND EXCLUSIONS THAT MAY APPLY TO YOU. THIS DOCUMENT CONTAINS A DISPUTE RESOLUTION CLAUSE.

These terms and conditions (the "Agreement") apply to you (the "Customer") and your purchase of products, both custom and pre-made, as well as services obtained ("Products") from Genesis Engraving, LLC (the "Company"). By accepting delivery of our Products, you are compliant in your agreement with this policy. If you have issues with that compliance, please notify the Company immediately so that a proper return of the Products can be arranged. This document will apply unless you have obtained another specific written agreement with the Company.

Terms of Payment are at the discretion of Genesis Engraving, LLC and cannot be altered without a specific written agreement between the Customer and the Company. Payment by credit card is the preferred and expected method of payment for purchases through the website genesisengraving.com. Payments will not be collected at the time of the order, but rather through an e-invoice submitted along with simulated product proof images. All e-invoices will redirect customers to a secure website provided by PayPal, at which time payment will be collected by any of the means offered at that time by PayPal. Alternate arrangements can be made on a case by case basis. These alternate arrangements may include payment by check or money order. Contact Genesis Engraving to utilize such a payment. Payment information is to be rendered at the point of purchase. Failure to provide payment information will result in the suspension of the order until proper information is supplied. In the case of custom products, payment information may be collected at the point of purchase, though credit card information will not be fully processed until a proof of the custom product is approved via email or mail. In the case of alternate forms of payment, products will not be processed until the payment is cleared and the funds deposited in the Company's account. This policy serves to protect the interest of the Company in the case of faulty payments. Additional fees incurred as a result of faulty payment are the responsibility of the customer and are expected prior to processing an order. The Company reserves the right to cancel any order.

Shipping and Handling will result in an additional charge unless otherwise specified by the Company at the time of sale. Title and ownership of products pass from the Company to the Customer at the moment of shipment from the Company's facility. Damage that occurs in transit is the responsibility of the Company as long as the shipping company is chosen by Genesis Engraving. If the Customer provides the shipping company against the will of the Company, the Company will forfeit any responsibility for damage occurring in transit. Regardless of fault, the Customer is responsible for notifying the Company of any damage within 30 days from the date of shipment. Notification after the initial 30 day period will be handled at the discretion of the Company.

Products purchased from Genesis Engraving are often produced on the surface of natural products. The Company will not be held responsible for the natural wearing of a natural surface. Products that are suitable for exterior use or harsh conditions will be described as such. If a product is not described in such a manner, the Company will not be responsible for the resulting damage.

Genesis Engraving, LLC stands behind its products. The Company will honor returns for Products designed and manufactured by Genesis Engraving. Custom products, however, are designed by a specific customer. In such cases, the Company adheres to the requests of the Customer. It is for this reason that the Company cannot honor returns or exchanges for any Custom Product. The Company will not be held responsible for products and/or accessories not designed and manufactured by Genesis Engraving.

From time to time, as the market demands, the Company will revise or discontinue specific products. The Company bears no obligation to inform every customer of these changes. The Company will ship these products to the best of its ability, although there may be necessary modifications if the discontinuation is the result of material availability. Please remember that these products are often produced on natural surfaces and rely on the availability of those surfaces.

Each product manufactured by Genesis Engraving, custom or pre-made, is engraved on a surface that may be inconsistent. Natural inconsistencies can and will occur in the production of our products. These inconsistencies are monitored by the Company prior to production. If an inconsistency is determined to be a defect, the product will not be used or shipped. However, qualities such as wood grain, stone surface grain and/or pattern, and edgework quality will vary from product to product and are not the responsibility of the Company.

By accepting this agreement, the Customer admits that the Products purchased from genesisengraving.com are for personal use and not for resale or redistribution. Resale or redistribution of the Products is forbidden without the written consent of Genesis Engraving, LLC.

The laws of Pennsylvania govern the enforcement of this Agreement. Any questions or concerns regarding this Agreement are to be directed to the offices of Genesis Engraving.
